Retreat Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking the retreat. By booking the retreat, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment:

1.1. You will be given options for the Payment in an email. The full payment must be made by 8th March  2024.

2. Retreat Participation:

2.1. The retreat is open to participants 18 years and older.

2.2. Participants are expected to follow the schedule and guidelines set by the retreat organizers.

2.3. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to the participant’s removal from the retreat without any refund.

3. Accommodation and Meals:

3.1. Accommodation during the retreat will be provided.

3.2. Meals provided during the retreat will be fully vegetarian [if there are any dietary restrictions, please inform the organisers].

4. Health and Safety:

4.1. Participants are responsible for their health and well-being during the retreat.

4.2. Participants should inform the retreat organizers of any medical conditions or allergies prior to the retreat.

4.3. The retreat organizers will not be liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the retreat.

5. Travel and Insurance:

5.1. Participants are responsible for arranging their travel to and from the retreat location.

5.2. Participants are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or cancellations.

6. Changes and Cancellations:

6.1.For cancellation requests made before 8th March, 2024, GBP 700 will be deducted as administrative charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

6.2.No cancellations will be allowed after 8th March, 2024

6.3. The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary if necessary, without prior notice.

6.4. In the event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Intellectual Property:

7.1. Any materials or content provided during the retreat, including but not limited to workshops, lectures, and handouts, are the intellectual property of The Tranquillity and its instructors. Participants are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1. The retreat organizers and its staff shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the retreat or any activities related to it.

8.2 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat.
