Firstly she has a good conversation with you about your life and childhood. She already knows most of what you're about to tell her, as her guides and your ancestors have already told her. Regarding the hypnosis part of the qhht. Nikki asks your higher self to speak about certain events in your life that have made a big impact. Since that day I have slept extremely well and my restless legs syndrome (which has plagued me for many years) had completely stopped in addition to this my habitual alchohol consuption over many years has completely stopped accompanied with no current and hopefully future desires to revert back. I even walked my pet dog of 12 years on my own for the first time.
