1. Tutorship & Delivery

– All workshops and masterclasses are conducted under the sole tutorship of Nikki Dutta.
– Should any unavoidable reason occur (health, technological issues, or connectivity problems), an alternative date will be arranged, or additional time will be added to compensate.
– In the event of technological issues or schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances, the tutor reserves the right to make alterations, including arranging an extra class or adjusting timings, to ensure participants receive the complete learning experience.

2. Payments & Refunds

– Once payment is made, there are strictly no refunds.
– If a participant voluntarily withdraws or is unable to continue, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
– Deposits and fees are non-transferable to other services or programs.

3. Health & Responsibility

– Participants take full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during the workshop/masterclass.
– The teacher, course material, or program cannot be held liable for compensation claims related to health changes.
– These workshops are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.

4. Code of Respect

– Respect toward the teacher and fellow participants is mandatory.
– Disharmony, disruptive behavior, or disrespect in class or group forums will result in immediate removal without refund.
– Confidentiality must be maintained: participants must respect the privacy of others’ shared experiences.

5.Group Communication

– A WhatsApp group will be created for sharing class materials, recordings, and relevant updates.
– The group is strictly for course-related communication, not for personal opinions or unrelated discussions.

6. Recordings & Privacy

– Recordings are provided only to participants who miss a particular live session.
– Sharing recordings outside the participant group is strictly prohibited.
– If recordings or materials are found shared on social media or other platforms, strict legal action will be taken.
– Workshops and masterclasses are designed as live experiences, and live attendance is strongly encouraged.

7. Platforms & Access

– Sessions are conducted via Zoom (free to use, no account required).
– Participants must have access to email and internet for online study.

8. Private Sessions (if applicable)

– Some programs may include private mentoring sessions. Once a date/time is agreed, any “no-shows” or late cancellations (except in extenuating circumstances such as bereavement or severe health issues) will count as one of the allocated sessions.

9. Termination of Participation

– Nikki reserves the right to withdraw participation from any student not deemed suitable.
– Termination will be immediate and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

– All course materials, meditations, and teachings remain the intellectual property of Nikki Dutta.
– Participants may use them for personal growth only.
– Materials cannot be copied, resold, or redistributed in any form.

11. Spiritual/Energetic Disclaimer

– Workshops may involve meditation, energy work, or metaphysical practices.
– Outcomes vary individually; no guarantees of spiritual, financial, or personal transformation are made.
– Participants engage at their own free will and responsibility.

12. Confidentiality & Safety

– All attendees are expected to maintain the privacy of shared experiences within the group.
– The aim is to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all participants.
