Assessment: This process of inner inquiry helps clients to gain a deeper understanding of the issue at hand and allows them to connect with their emotions and physical sensations associated with it. By fully feeling and acknowledging these emotions and sensations, clients can begin to release any pent-up energy or tension that may be contributing to their distress. Clients will be invited to be fully present to the process, feel the charge in the body and allow the emotions and sensations relating to the issue to come up and fully feel them.
Release: The goal of the release stage is to help the client let go of any emotional or energetic blockages that may be hindering their growth and well-being. Nikki creates a safe and supportive space for the client to fully experience and express their emotions, sensations, and energetic charge. This can be done through hands-on healing techniques or spiritual/energy healing methods.
Integration: Integration is an important part of any healing or transformative session. It involves bringing the experiences and insights gained during the session into conscious awareness and incorporating them into daily life. This process can take time and may continue for days, weeks, or even months after the session.
During the closing of the session, the practitioner may provide recommendations on how to make life-enhancing changes and choices in actions and thoughts. These recommendations are meant to support the integration process and help individuals apply the newfound wisdom and understanding in practical ways.
What happens after the session
After sessions, it is common to experience a range of emotions and physical sensations as the healing process continues. It is important to be gentle with yourself and allow yourself time to integrate the healing energy. Some people may feel a sense of lightness and empowerment, while others may feel a bit spaced out or fatigued. These reactions are normal and will usually pass within a day or two.
If you experience a “healing crisis,” which involves a strong surge of emotions or physical symptoms after a treatment, it is important to understand that this is a natural reaction and a sign that deeper blockages are being released. It is important to treat yourself with kindness and compassion during this time and allow yourself to process and heal.
After the session it is important to continue taking care of yourself and practicing self-care. This may involve activities such as meditation, journaling, or engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation. It is also important to continue drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated.
Nikki offers both in-person and remote healing sessions. In-person sessions are necessary for trance healing, as it requires a personal connection between the healer and the client.
Remote sessions can be done through Zoom calls and still provide effective healing, but it is important to have trust and surrender to the healing process for it to work effectively.

She gives such an evidential mediumship reading, that you can't believe what your ears are hearing. She said I have a calling to heal and this will happen
unless I allow my free will to intervene.

I had a QHHT session with Nikki, I was very impressed. Nikki is a very knowledgeable spiritual teacher, she amazed me with the information and healing I received. I would definitely recommend Nikki to others.
I do not often or very rarely leave reviews however I feel that on this occasion it's a must do. I attended Nikki's QHHT session with an open mind and heart with no pre expectations In my mind at all. The previous three nights I could not sleep at all. When I met Nikki and settled I felt confident and calm in my surroundings. Nikki started the session by first talking about what she knows about me! OMG only my wife or myself would know what she told me!!! I then gave her my list of topics that i bought along with me of which about 60% was already answered!! We then chatted and I felt so much trust in Nikki I was prepared to devulge anything and everything. Her questions were extremely specific which I believe were geared to obtain the relevent information required to make the most out of the QHHT session. Then when the QHHT hyponosis session actually started, WOW what a revelation. During the session I regressed to my childhood years and it was identified that there were some major issues that have affected my ongoing life from then. It was also identfied that there were 8 generations of karma that I had to heal, to which Nikki expertly co-ordinated this for and with me during the session.
